Sheet and mesh cut, folded, rolled and edged to your drawing, then powder coated or polished if you need it. One price for the finished parts, delivered across the UK.

Cut, folded, rolled and edged
Perforated, expanded and welded sheet can all be made up to your drawing. Woven mesh is cut to length from the roll. We price the material and the work together, so you get one price for the finished parts.

Cutting
Part sheets and exact sizes from any sheet or mesh we sell, with fixing holes drilled where you need them.
Bending
Folded into trays, channels, treads and panels. Folds are kept on plain margins where the pattern allows.
Rolling
Rolled into cylinders and curved panels for screens, guards and cladding.
Edging
Profile edging pressed on over cut edges for a neat, finished panel.
Finishing
Powder coated or polished
Have the finished parts coated or polished before they leave us, so they arrive ready to fit.

Choose from 150 RAL colours. Give us the RAL number and whether you want a matt, satin or gloss look, and we coat the parts after they are made.

Polishing
From a dull brushed finish to a mirror polish, on one side or both. Polished sheet comes with a protective coating.

Everything we need to price it
A drawing with sizes is ideal, but a sketch and a phone call works too. The more of this you can tell us, the quicker the price.

Perforated, expanded, woven or welded, the pattern, the metal and the thickness. Not sure? Tell us what it is for and we will suggest one.

Finished sizes, fold positions and any fixing holes, ideally on a drawing.

Self-colour, powder coated (with the RAL number) or polished, and on which sides.

Can you make parts from my drawing?
Yes. Send us a drawing with the sizes, folds and holes marked and we will price the material and the work together. A clear sketch with sizes is fine too.
Do I have to buy full sheets?
No. We can cut parts from a sheet and price only what you need, or supply full sheets if you would rather make them up yourself.
Which products can you fabricate?
Perforated, expanded and welded sheet can be cut, folded, rolled and edged. Woven mesh is cut to length from the roll.
How many powder coat colours are there?
150 RAL colours. Give us the RAL number when you ask for a price.
Can you polish stainless steel?

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. Ring or email the sales office and we will price the job with delivery.
