30 mesh woven wire mesh has 30 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 30 mesh is 0.21mm wire with a 0.64mm aperture, which gives 57% open area. We also stock 0.165mm wire with a 0.68mm aperture (65% open) and 0.28mm wire with a 0.57mm aperture (45% open). We keep it in stainless steel 304 and 316, in rolls (1220mm wide, 1250mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
Sold by the metre. We cut the length you need off the roll, so there’s no need to buy a full roll.

About KW30

What does mesh count mean?
Mesh count is the number of wires in one inch (25.4mm), so 30 mesh has a pitch of 0.847mm from the centre of one wire to the next. The aperture is the clear gap between the wires: the pitch less the wire diameter.
Rolls
30 mesh is stocked on the roll. We cut it to the length you need or supply full rolls, so just tell us the width and length when you ask for a price.
