100 mesh woven wire mesh has 100 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 100 mesh is 0.1mm wire with a 0.154mm aperture, which gives 37% open area. We keep it in stainless steel 316, in rolls (1220mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
Sold by the metre. We cut the length you need off the roll, so there’s no need to buy a full roll.

About KW100
100 mesh woven wire mesh has 100 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 100 mesh is 0.1mm wire with a 0.154mm aperture, which gives 37% open area. We keep it in stainless steel 316, in rolls (1220mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
What does mesh count mean?
Mesh count is the number of wires in one inch (25.4mm), so 100 mesh has a pitch of 0.254mm from the centre of one wire to the next. The aperture is the clear gap between the wires: the pitch less the wire diameter.
Rolls
100 mesh is stocked on the roll. We cut it to the length you need or supply full rolls, so just tell us the width and length when you ask for a price.
