60 mesh woven wire mesh has 60 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 60 mesh is 0.16mm wire with a 0.26mm aperture, which gives 38% open area. We keep it in stainless steel 316, in rolls (1220mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
Sold by the metre. We cut the length you need off the roll, so there’s no need to buy a full roll.

About KW60
60 mesh woven wire mesh has 60 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 60 mesh is 0.16mm wire with a 0.26mm aperture, which gives 38% open area. We keep it in stainless steel 316, in rolls (1220mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
What does mesh count mean?
Mesh count is the number of wires in one inch (25.4mm), so 60 mesh has a pitch of 0.423mm from the centre of one wire to the next. The aperture is the clear gap between the wires: the pitch less the wire diameter.
Rolls
60 mesh is stocked on the roll. We cut it to the length you need or supply full rolls, so just tell us the width and length when you ask for a price.
