20 mesh woven wire mesh has 20 wires to every inch in each direction. Our main 20 mesh is 0.3mm wire with a 0.97mm aperture, which gives 58% open area. We keep it in stainless steel 304 and 316, in rolls (1000mm wide). We cut lengths off the roll, and stock mesh goes out on next working day delivery anywhere in the UK.
Sold by the metre. We cut the length you need off the roll, so there’s no need to buy a full roll.

What does mesh count mean?
Mesh count is the number of wires in one inch (25.4mm), so 20 mesh has a pitch of 1.27mm from the centre of one wire to the next. The aperture is the clear gap between the wires: the pitch less the wire diameter.
Rolls
20 mesh is stocked on the roll. We cut it to the length you need or supply full rolls, so just tell us the width and length when you ask for a price.
